Building Bridges

Under the title "building bridges" this programme shows how Dutch people are involved in housing issues, in South Africa. The narration tells about three housing projects in various stages of development. The camera follows Fred van Hilst.

He is the narrator, the questioner and the beholder. But he also questionned the history of 100 years of housing,and is someone who puts critical comments about the how, the what and the why.
